Back-Pat not working

I purchased the free trial of Portal:Still Alive for the 360 off the Microsoft Store on my PC. It is backward compatible and I want to see if I like it on my Xbox One. I was told next time I turn my Xbox One on it should be in the Games & Apps section but
I can't find it anywhere. Please help as I really want to play this after Turing Tests.

Support will check on your purchases from March, but April's rebates are delayed as they fix an issue.

Thanks for the quick response. March's purchases totalled a little over $40 CAD.

Hello Johnny Ola,

Since you opted in to the Simply Rewarding offer in March, your purchases went towards that offer instead of MyVIP payback. As specified in our FAQ, you cannot be Rewarded twice for a single purchase:

missions, visit the MyMissions page. For more details, please see the Terms and Conditions. Don't forget to check back often to see what's new, as missions are updated frequently!

To learn more about your MyVIP Star Rank, which gives you a percentage back on what you buy in the Xbox Store, visit the MyRewards page. Once you have earned at least 1 Star, you'll start earning each month
based on your qualifying purchases from the previous month.

Please note: Xbox Live Rewards members may not earn Rewards Credits for multiple offers based on performing the same action. For example, your purchases made to complete a monthly mission won't also be eligible for MyVIP.

Regarding your April payback, apologies for the confusion. We have determined that a change in the preview program has caused an issue with MyVIP rewarding. We have delayed payback for April purchases until we can ensure that all our members are appropriately
Rewarded. Once we can confirm that this issue has been resolved, we will process MyVIP for April and you will see the Credits pending in your account.

Please try a DVD movie in the console to make sure the laser is working property. There are two lasers inside the mechanism, one forDVD and one for BD so Xbox One games would still work

Open the Xbox Guide by pressing the guide button on the controller and select

Settings.

Select Network Settings.

Select Advanced Settings.

Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address.

Select Clear.

Allow the console to restart when prompted.
