2 achievements not syncing on Shuffle Party on Windows 8 Phone

I wonder if you can help. I have a 100% completion rate on all of my WP games except for Shuffle Party due to two achievements not syncing. It says they are unlocked on the in-game tracker, but they are not appearong on my xbox live profile.

Xbox Live Profile:

Game: Shuffle Party

Device Used: Nokia Lumia 820

OS: Windows 8.1

Achievements: “Challenger” and “Conqueror”

Date both achievements unlocked: 18th February (possibly 19th)

So far, to try and address the issue I have:

Waited 48 hours - No luck.

Popped other achievements in the game to see if they pull through - No luck.

Uninstalled and reinstaleld the game - No luck.

Re-met the achievement criteria while offline and then connected online - No luck.

Updated my avatar in 'Xbox Extras' to force an update - No luck.

I recognise you'll struggle to look into the concerns of one gamer about a pair of achievements, but this issue is stopping me from purchasing any more WP games as I do not want to run the risk of adding more games to my profile if the above sort of issue
isn't one that can be resolved as and when it happens.

I have a current windows phone Samsung Omnia 7.

Due my upgrade in april and will be getting a windows 8 phone on upgrade.

Shuffle Letter Options?

Hi Queen-

On Windows Phone you can shake your phone and it will shuffle your letters. On Windows 8 there is a 'Shuffle' button.

if you have the funds arcade games are great for getting achievments, others are like obliveon and skyrim, if you have a windows phone there is a couple of free games like party shuffle gives you 200 gs and i got that while watching telly lol.

Since March 2020, achievements that are unlocked on windows phone 7, 8 or 8.1 will not sync to Xbox profiles. I've seen numerous people reporting that they have the same issue. That being when you unlock an achievement on windows phone 7, 8 or 8.1 it will
unlock however won't sync to your profile. This issue also happened in October of 2019, however was resolved and achievements started syncing again throughout November 2019 - February 2020. It is now broken again and needs to be fixed.

For me I'm using a Lumia 640 running Windows 8.1 and the achievements I've earned in March and May 2020 haven't synced. Everyone has the exact same problem and it is occurring on all windows phones using 7, 8 and 8.1 os.

This a service issue, I hope it gets fixed.

I have two Lumias, one with Windows Phone 8.1 with the Lumia 630 device and the other with Windows 10 Mobile with the Lumia 532 device, I am experiencing problems in obtaining and recording achievements, especially with Windows Phone 8.1. I hope this problem
is resolved, so that we can finish all pending games.
