    2 accounts on the same email?


    Okay, so I had this account for a long time now, and didn't have game pass. So I thought I'm gonna renew my subscription on this account. But when I logged in to my account, it wasn't the same. It was a totally new account with no achievements and nothing. So I claimed the 14 day trial for 1$ and trying to figure out how to solve it. I've tried it on my laptop and phone, there. everything worked fine. idk what to do now.

    A new account has been created, meaning the email was no longer associated with your account when you tried to sign in. It's likely the account was compromised and your email was removed from it; in these cases I'm afraid it's not possible to recover an account. I apologise for any inconvenience caused by this
