    2 accounts invited to preview program, neither has access.


    Greetings! I have two xbox live accounts, both of which were invited to the preview program. The invitation notifications gave dissappeared, as per the 30 day timeline, but I would very much like to have access.

    My understanding is that I have to accept the invite before I can download the app, but I can't accept the invite if I don't have the notifications.

    Any help here? Thanks!

    Been invited to XBONE Preview Program

    Hi guys

    My friend has invited me to the XBONE preview program. I was wondering if an admin here can add the permission to my account so I can access the "Preview forums" and see if / when I will get into the program.

    Hey, l Kevin OG l! It looks like your account has only been invited to the preview program. I've got you the proper role to access the
    Preview Program Support forums. Since you seem to have the most recent preview update, it's likely that there is another account on your console that is fully enrolled in the
    program and has your console in the preview. Thanks for posting!

    Sorry to hear it. However an invitation does not guarantee access to the program. Also, currently the program is at capacity and they are not sending out new invitations.

    Please keep an eye on your Live messages though as when they do start sending out invites again they will let people know.

    Hi there,

    If you used to be a member of the preview program, you should still have access to the Xbox Preview Dashboard app, or the registration app. If you have neither of these, you are probably not in the preview program.

    You cannot be invited over the support forums. You will need a friend who is already in the preview program to invite you.

    You will need to try and ask for further assistance in the private preview forums area. If you get an error message, you must wait for a support staff member to give you access.

    Hi,

    If you didn't accept the invite then there's a chance you weren't added to the preview program list. Normally you could wait for a support agent to grant you access to the private preview forums, and then ask there to be re-invited. However, the preview
    program has now reached near capacity, and it is now highly unlikely that you will be able to join the preview program.
