2 accounts attatched to one minecraft account?

So recently, I have been hacked but on only one of my accounts on minecraft. But the other one was perfectly fine since I changed the password quickly. However when I go onto my minecraft account, it had my name changed (obviously not made by me), so I tried to change it on the account that wasn't hacked, but it just didn't work and just created a whole different java account. I relaunched my minecraft launcher and had access to my original account with the changed name. I'm not exactly sure what to do, I have submitted tickets to minecraft support (no luck in any response yet) and explained the situation.

It is strange though as I still do have access to the minecraft account on my other account that wasn't hacked, despite not having access to the ability to name change or access my bedrock/windows version of minecraft (where I had found my account had it's email and password switched). Any suggestions of what I should do?

If your account was hacked, it appears that they changed your login information, such as your primary alias, and removed any information related to your account that you originally set up.

When this happens, you must try to recover that Microsoft account, it is not possible to just recover the game license.

Please try to follow the hacked or compromised account recovery guidelines of this tool:

If you somehow find the new email address associated with your account, fill out the recovery form with that information.

If your children have a child account you can set up an option to block purchases through the parental control.

so i ended getting in contact with your support team, turns out the account got hacked, it was a microsoft account, im not sure when or how this happened as i can still access the microsoft account but i cant access the xbox profile attatched to it

You can't transfer any content between accounts. The only thing you can really do with this situation, change it so the email you want to use is attatched to the account that has all your stuff, and have the other account disconnected from that email.

Support services can walk you through that.
