18800 Credits not converter to cash since July

Hi Noise Bleed. We were not able to attempt a deposit on the 14th as your account was still in the process of registering before the cutoff was made. We will attempt another deposit on the next deposit date on December 28. Thanks for your patience.

We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount was beneath this amount, it was not automatically scheduled. Furthermore, we only deposit twice a month, during the middle and end of the month. Since
you only requested your deposit on the 14th of this month, it was not made in time to be included in the mid-month deposit, and will therefore be a part of the end of month deposit.

September payback was delayed due to an issue with MyVIP. So while the date listed is September 30th, it was only placed as pending on October 17th. You should receive those Credits in the end of month deposit occurring soon.

However, Credit events generally require one deposit cycle to process, so your most recent Credit event will not be deposited until the mid month deposit next month.

I looked up your account and saw you have 7,000 credits on your account. The pay out process will run on schedule on June 15, which means your credits should convert to spendable cash later that day or on June 16th
