16050 credits, still no deposit

Discus and support 16050 credits, still no deposit in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I still haven't received my deposit, I posted about 2 months ago and was told there were issues with deposits.     I still haven't received my deposit, I posted about 2 months ago and was told there were issues with deposits. Are there still issues with deposits? Also I have over 16k credits and where it says if you have over 5k you can request for the date below, there
    isn't any date below. Is there an issue on my end now or something?

    Still no deposits to my account. I now have 23k credits.

    No credit deposit

    Hello,

    We only deposit twice a month, during the middle and end of the month. Since you requested your deposit on the 21st, it was too late to be included in either deposit in March, and will be a part of the mid-April deposit. This is mentioned in the FAQ on Vault
    Credits:

    I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

    If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
    account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
    will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.


    Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
    into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.


    You can review when you received these Credits as pending from your MyRewards page, which will show the specific date these Credits were pending in your account in the MyStatement section of that page.

    Support will check into see if there is still an issue (although if you're running into the data issue, it most likely is still an issue), but you can only request a deposit when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so
    you can have them deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000 they are automatically scheduled for a deposit so there is no longer a need to request a deposit.

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to adjust a user's billable account information. Currently, your deposit is failing due to our system receiving a billable account that it detects is not the primary
    billable account for your Microsoft Account. Since depositing into an account that is not marked as the primary account could lead to a deposit being placed into an unexpected location, the process is aborted. At the moment, we have not received an estimate
    on when this problem will be resolved, although they have been able to provide us with intermittent fixed deposits like your deposit in June. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this delay.

    You can no longer manually request a deposit since you are over 5000 Credits. Since you are automatically scheduled for a deposit at 5000 Credits, there is no longer any need to request one manually, and so that button has been removed.

    The Credits are still pending in your account. Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the
    31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. Since your Credit event happened on the 6th, it will be a part of the end of month deposit occurring shortly.
