16 Days still no 50,000 points

Purchased Xbox One S BF1 bundle Oct 31 from the MS store on this account due to the 50,000 MS point promotion.

Xbox Live Rewards

Shipped Nov 1st it's now the 16th. I've asked support multiple times and was promised the points would show as pending 7-15 days after shipping. Still no points.

Please Fix

When will I receive the 50,000 points for purchasing a Xbox One S through the Microsoft Store?

I purchased the Xbox One S Gears of War 4 Special Edition Bundle on 11/4/16 through microsoftstore.com. The 50,000 points have not yet been deposited into my account. It has been over 15 days since the console shipped, so I am wanting to know when I will
receive the points.

Reward promotion credits never received

Their was a promotion for date range was 8/29/16-12/31/16 for 30,000 points or 50,000 points when you buy an XBox One. Gold members get the 50k. I upgraded to GOLD then purchased a console and never got my points.

This sounds like a Rewards issue. If so, then you should post in the Rewards forums for more assistance.

In the FAQ (https://rewards.xbox.com/faq/#=console_x1s_oct2016):

"When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date."

Ironically, I just created a post because it's now past the 15 days and I still don't have my rewards points.

16 Days still no 50,000 points
