$15 Promotion Message

I got a $15 promotion code via XBL Messages about a month ago. Signing in the other day, I realized my message had been deleted without me redeeming. Is it possible to retrieve this code. I do not see where I received this code via email or any other
format, after checking my email address associated with XBL. How can I retrieve my code.

wrong amount for year subscription promotion

its not renewal points because the promotion was for a gift card with a key and i received a message for a gift card for 5$ and not 15$ like the promotion promised.

Fallout 3 Code not received after 10 days.

I purchased Fallout 4 on 11/13/15. According to the promotion I should have received a message with a code redeemable for Fallout 3 by 11/23/15. I have not yet received the code.

Date of purchase: “11/10/15”

Issue:“The message with my Fallout 3 code has expired.”

Took advantage of the promo and I got the code in a message on the xone but the message expired before I could redeem the code. I just need a new code. Any help?
