    I need help with this promotion as I bought resident evil 7 in the correct time frame and never received the code in my email. I am beyond the 10 day waiting period, and have had contact with the xbox live support team that referenced me to come here. Please
    advise.

    its not renewal points because the promotion was for a gift card with a key and i received a message for a gift card for 5$ and not 15$ like the promotion promised.
