$15 Digital Promotion

I bought a game a few weeks back, as on my Xbox One Dashboard it said buy a digital game, get $15 in MS currency. I still have not received. When are these codes or promo dollars being sent out?

I received my code the same day I opened this thread, but had nothing to spend it on as I was waiting for the Titanfall DLC. I went to redeem it a couple days ago and my XBL message with the code was gone. I never deleted the message. How can I get my
code?

 

Xbox Live messages delete themselves after 30 days, but that doesn't seem to be the case here. Hm. I'll see what I can dig up; please check your Private Messages!

Strangle - Since the Killer Instinct Ultra Edition was an add-on and not a full game it wouldn't have qualified.

 

WHAT!? But that is the only way to buy the game! Are you serious??? I spent $40 to buy the GAME. This should count! You guys need to help me out here, I would have bought something else if I knew that... not fair at all.
