15,000 Pre-Order Punchcard not giving rewards

I have bought 4 Titles (Before The Release Date) now on the Punch card Pre-Order Rewards Mission, but I only recieved my points for each game not the whole 15,000 like stated. I Purposely bought all 3 games for this reason, and I even purchased Watchdogs
last night but its also a no show. Ofcourse Microsoft doesnt have any support or chat with rewards so this will probably go unnoticed. Sweeet.

Xbox Rewards - Punch Card Releases

There are two separate deals going on right now with that, there's the Games on Demand punchcard which does not include digital pre-orders and there's a pre-order one going on where you have to preorder through microsoftstore.com and that one is pre-order a game that ships before June 30th to get 15,000 reward points.

My Mission to get 15,000 points...or 30,000 points

Hello,

I pre-ordered Watchdogs 2 and Dishonored 2 as part of the Xbox Live Rewards My Missions. Does this qualify for the 15,000 credit "Hack your Reward in Watch_Dogs 2" and 2 punches for the "Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard"?

Hello MfknJohn,

We see your purchase date of Titanfall 2 occurred on November 4th. As you can see from your screenshot, this is past the release date, and so did not qualify for a Games on Demand punch.

Since you only have one of three purchases, you have not yet completed the offer. This three purchase requirement is also mentioned on the offer in the MyMissions page:

The only way to receive Credits for a single pre-order is through our MicrosoftStore.com offer, which rewards 15,000 Credits for a single physical (disc) purchase off of MicrosoftStore.com. Since your purchase was a digital pre-order, it was not eligible
for any Credits. However, it did award one punch on the Games on Demand punchcard. That offer requires the purchase of three eligible games to complete the offer and receive 15,000 Credits.

For the MyVip star boost all MyVip terms and conditions apply, therefore pre-orders (such as Halo Wars 2) is not eligible for the promotion.

However, Halo Wars 2 would have applied toward your Games on Demand Punchcard so if you pre-order 2 more eligible titles you would receive the 15,000 reward bonus.
