15,000 Points for Gears of War 4 Purchase were never credited to my account

I purchased Gears of war 4 and they had a promotion that I used the link on the rewards site to go to the Microsoft store to purchase the game. I was told I would be given a 15k point credit towards my account for buying the game. This was in October, there
is no reason I still haven't received them or have anything pending. Please just provide what was promised.

I have not recieved my reward points for pre-ordering Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition.

Hi, I pre-ordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition when they had a promotion of giving away 15,000 reward credits for making that purchase and have not been credited with those points to my account.

Preorder points from Gears 4 never put in my Xbox Rewards

Hi, I pre ordered Gears of War 4 from Microsoft Store at 4/15/2016 but never got 15,000 points in my Xbox Rewards. It also said $10 gift card's status is complete but I never got it (assuming it get updated to 15,000 point instead). Any help would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks!

That offer was for 10,000 for a Ultimate edition purchase and 5,000 for a standard purchase. Since you purchase a standard edition, you received those Credits on September 16th, and they were subsequently deposited on the 28 of that same month. You can review
all past Credit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

Sounds like there's some confusion over where the purchase was made which would affect eligibility for the $10 (or 15,000 Rewards credits). Did you purchase your copy of Gears of War 4 on your Xbox One console, the Microsoft Store app on a PC, or via the
website?

I ordered the digital version off of the store not the physical disc

The 15,000 credits is for purchasing a physical disc from microsoftstore.com on or after March 7 (release date). Otherwise, there were no offers to receive 15,000 credits just for preordering that game. If you preordered it digitally, it would count towards
the games on demand punchcard offer which will award 15,000 credits if you purchase 2 other eligible preorders in order to complete the offer.
