15,000 Credits For Pre Ordering Games Not Showing Up

purchase. Apologies for the inconvenience. The Credits for that particular purchase should appear as pending by the end of the next week at the latest. Once we have more information about your Final Fantasy 15 purchase, we'll update this thread.

There is no offer and there has not be an offer in the last two years that would award 5000 Credits per pre-order up to 15,000. The only offer we have had for pre-orders is the Games on Demand offer, which awards 15,000 Credits for the purchase of three
eligible pre-orders during the offer period. Since you only made one pre-order during the most recent Games on Demand that started in January and ended in March, you did not complete the offer. The only eligible pre-order you made while the offer existed was
for Sword Art Online.

Since you all are rewards members maybe you know the answer to this. The 15,000 point credit for pre-ordering through the Microsoft Store, how long does that usually take to be applied?

As for the rewards program overall i find it ok. It is free so nothing lost. And 15,000 credits for pre-ordering is equivalent to $15 for me so I can pre-order 2 games i was going to buy anyway and get back $30 worth of credit. Not a bad deal.

The only way to receive Credits for a single pre-order is through our MicrosoftStore.com offer, which rewards 15,000 Credits for a single physical (disc) purchase off of MicrosoftStore.com. Since your purchase was a digital pre-order, it was not eligible
for any Credits. However, it did award one punch on the Games on Demand punchcard. That offer requires the purchase of three eligible games to complete the offer and receive 15,000 Credits.

We have not had a 10,000 Rewards Credits offer for pre-orders, with the exception of our September Gears of War pre-order offer. You may be thinking of our 15,000 Credit MicrosoftStore.com pre-order offer that we had up until this year. However, that offer
requires the purchase of a physical pre-order copy off of MicrosoftStore.com. Since your pre-orders were digital, they were not eligible for that offer.

The only thing pre-orders are currently eligible for is the Games on Demand offer. Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, as referenced in our FAQ.
