14 Week suspension for entire Xbox One (S) console for something I have not done or did :(

Hello, Hope you are having a great day. I own an Xbox One (S) and I have gotten an Xbox (Console) Ban for somethings I have not done or did. I have 2 accounts, and
[Mod Removed]. On [Mod Removed], my older sibling got access to my account and changed my profile picture to nudity/pornography and for that I got suspended. That is something that is reasonable to be suspended for but what
irritates me is that I have not done the crime. So that already got me mad as is but then I find out that on my other account, my main account, I have been reported by the following 2 people: [Mod Removed] (Name, ??) and [Mod Removed] ([Mod
Removed]). These 2 people have reported me for no reason because they thought it would be funny to report me as a joke but as I have experienced, it was not a funny nor a

pleasant experience to be reported. Both of these situations have lead to my console as a whole being suspended for 14 days which includes, (Text and voice communications and Looking for Group, Online Multiplayer and Looking for Group, Editing xbox profile/gamerpic/and
club content) all being disabled. I play on Xbox every single day for several hours and have a great time doing so. But now I will not be able to. If you want to ban or do anything to my [Mod Removed] account go ahead because I don't even
use that account anyways. I have contacted xbox/microsoft and they also asked me if I have downloaded any cheats or thing like that and to that I say no. I only have the following installed: Overwatch, Fortnite, Rainbow Six Siege, Apex Legends, Twitch, Mixer,
Youtube and other softwares that come pre-installed with the system. I want my suspension to be lifted because it is irritating me knowing that I got suspended in the first place for things I have not done and that the Xbox enforcement rules are poorly controlled
and made because no one on xbox is perfect.
