    14 day trial hasnt taken effect


    I had recently gone crzy with all the xbox gold trials i had. i had activated a 2 day subscription and straight away activated a 14 day trial but the 2day one is finished and the 14 day one isnt taking effect. im worried i just wasted a good subscription
    by activating both simultaneously. someone please tell me what happened and how to avoid such tragedies

    A 14 day gold trial DOES NOT make you gold. It is just a trial that gives you partial access to gold features.

    If you did purchase Gold via a credit card, it may not take effect immediatly.

    14 Day trial ended after 1 day

    Please bear in mind Xbox Gold trials does not stack to each other. If you redeemed a 14 day trial code then redeem a 2 day code it will remove the 14 day trial code. Have you redeemed other codes besides the 14 day trial?

    trial subscriptions can not be stacked on top of each other, so that may be the cause of the issue.

    What happens when you try to redeem the 14 day trial?

    If it shows it's been redeemed already then it might be best to contact Xbox Support (Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at
    Contact Us | Xbox Support

    They might be able to do something.

    Free gamepass trial (not*)

    That would indicate that your account has already taken the 14-day free trial offer. After taking a deeper look, we were able to determine that your account has already redeemed the 14 day free trial. Trials for Game Pass do not stack.

    Any promotion is only for new customers. As you have had a 14 day trial in the past or have taken advantage of a previous promotion you are not elligible

    Game Pass 14 Days Trial vs. 1 Month Trial?!

    Don't enter the 1 month trial until after the 14 day trial. If you do you lose the 14 day trial. You should be able to activate the 1 month trial after the 14 day trial is over.
