14 day trail redeem code not working

When i try to redeem the 14 day xbox live gold code on my xbox one s that i just bought in a bundle. it says that "i am not logged.Please login before redeeming token".But i am allready logged in on my account.i even tried to make a new account still i
get the same results.

If already have an active gold subscription you wont be able to redeem the code until yours expires.

Do it on the xbox one or 360

Remember diferent console has different effects

On an xbox one it gives you everything but discounts and xbox games with gold 360

On xbox 360 no party chat or games with gold

Yes.it said to redeem somewhere else.They suggested the xbox itself.
