14 Day Suspension

    Reporting abusive players.

    I had a question about comms suspensions. I know it goes 1 day comms suspension, 7 day, 14 day. What happens after 14 days? Do they start to give you temporary service suspensions or do they go straight to a permaban after that?

    Why I’m I still banned

    It sounds like you have a console ban and also had a 14 day account suspension on top of it since console bans are not even eligible for case reviews but 14 day account suspensions are.. Console bans are also not 14 days. They are always permanent. Console
    bans also dont show up on the enforcement team site as they are not eligible for case reviews.

    You can view your ban at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review if eligible. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

    About the permanent suspension situations

    The suspension from 2016 wasn’t egrigious. What do you mean by a year limit for case reviews? Also it is a problem because I could be accused of something that I didn’t do and as they review the 14 day suspension I believe the enforcement team could just
    conclude in a permanent suspension by just looking at the 14 day suspension and not focus on the actual evidence.

    The funny thing is I was reported for abuse/harassment/threats even though I was amiable with pretty much every one I met today. Then out of nowhere, two reports in one day. Its utter nonsense.
