14 day suspension not lifted after 14 days are over

Even though the actual enforcement website says I'm no longer suspended and the 14 day period is over I still cannot play online

do these things take a while to update or what? I should be able to play online assistance would be appreciated

I had a question about comms suspensions. I know it goes 1 day comms suspension, 7 day, 14 day. What happens after 14 days? Do they start to give you temporary service suspensions or do they go straight to a permaban after that?

Why I’m I still banned

It sounds like you have a console ban and also had a 14 day account suspension on top of it since console bans are not even eligible for case reviews but 14 day account suspensions are.. Console bans are also not 14 days. They are always permanent. Console
bans also dont show up on the enforcement team site as they are not eligible for case reviews.

Try removing the account from the console and then re adding it.

Double check the enforcement site to be sure that another ban wasn't added. However it's possible it might not be visible. In this case you may need to contact official support at support.xbox.com/contact-us.

You were right. My 3 day suspension that was up on 1/14 was finally lifted tonight.

You can view your ban at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review if eligible. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

Don't enter the 1 month trial until after the 14 day trial. If you do you lose the 14 day trial. You should be able to activate the 1 month trial after the 14 day trial is over.
