14 Day Suspension is Ridiculous!

So I recently received a 14 Day Communication Ban for sticking up for myself? This guy who killed me in a game of Fortnite and he got way to over excited and messaged me "noob your so bad" "how can u be that bad" "[Mod Removed]" things like
that calling me names and stuff then he got his friend to come and message me "what you doing bullying my mate" at the time i had sent no messages to his friend so then I snapped and when
[Mod Removed] to the other I think that receiving a Com Ban for that is just wow! And the questionnaire is rigged as hell to apply for a dispute you only get 3 tries and this question (not exact) "Is it okay to put statements about others sexuality in
your gamertag as long as it's a joke?" I selected no and it said incorrect try again in 24 hours and even an Xbox Support Representative said "I 100% disagree with the temporary suspension applied to your account."

14 Day Suspension

I called someone a 'Virgin' and got a 14 day suspension. It is not letting me appeal the suspension. What can/should I do? Thanks.

Hi, what you should have done is reported the gamers using the Xbox reporting feature, then block them. But instead you chose to chat back, which got you suspended because you said something in your message which was against the terms of use. Remember two
wrongs don't make a right, it can just make matters worse, usually for the one that was insulted in the 1st place. As I say best to report and block.

I had a question about comms suspensions. I know it goes 1 day comms suspension, 7 day, 14 day. What happens after 14 days? Do they start to give you temporary service suspensions or do they go straight to a permaban after that?

It sounds like you have a console ban and also had a 14 day account suspension on top of it since console bans are not even eligible for case reviews but 14 day account suspensions are.. Console bans are also not 14 days. They are always permanent. Console
bans also dont show up on the enforcement team site as they are not eligible for case reviews.

The suspension from 2016 wasn’t egrigious. What do you mean by a year limit for case reviews? Also it is a problem because I could be accused of something that I didn’t do and as they review the 14 day suspension I believe the enforcement team could just
conclude in a permanent suspension by just looking at the 14 day suspension and not focus on the actual evidence.
