    14 day suspension ended but I still can't play


    Hello everyone so I got a 14 day suspension it should end 6 hours ago but I still can't play I try to contact enforcement team but there's no button to contact them.

    I am sorry to here that.... the Enforcement team is the only ones that can Correct the issue. I can give you where to go.... but unfortunately you are the one that needs to contact them...

    Log into your account and it will give you all the Enforcement messages and actions on your account. We can not help any further because it is all with the enforcement team.... I do apologize but that’s all I can help you with.

    On the page it will give you all the messages for Enforcement actions and any further information on the matter/case.

    A message with the suspension end date appears when you sign in to Xbox Live with the suspended gamertag.

    An email message is sent to the address that is associated with your Xbox Live account.
