    14 DAY REDEEM CODE ISSUE


    Hi, I am trying to redeem the 14 day xbox live gold trial that came with my xbox one, but I keep receiving the error below;

    XBOS-3010

    How can I fix that please...

    14 Day trial ended after 1 day

    Please bear in mind Xbox Gold trials does not stack to each other. If you redeemed a 14 day trial code then redeem a 2 day code it will remove the 14 day trial code. Have you redeemed other codes besides the 14 day trial?

    Error when i try to redeem a xbox live code

    If your trying to redeem the 14 day trial that came with your Xbox One for some reason it wont work on the console or xbox.com, I just called up 1800 4MY XBOX and they gave me 1 month redeemable code due to issue with the 14 day trial code

    Please bear in mind Xbox Gold trials does not stack to each other. If you redeemed a 14 day trial code then redeem a 2 day code it will remove the 14 day trial code. Have you redeemed other codes besides the 14 day trial?

    Yes. All Ultimate codes (including 14 day or more) can be redeemed on either the console or PC.

    Just bought a Xbox Controller and came with gamepass, can I redeem it and stack with my current ultimate subscription?

    Check the information on the code. If it's a 14 day or 1 month trial code, those are typically only for new subscribers and you won't be able to redeem it.
