14 day live trial stopped working after 3 days

performing a power cycle on the console.

I would say that if you're still experiencing issues after power cycling, then maybe try removing and redownloading your profile off and onto the console following the steps outlined in

How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One.

When and if you get as chance, give that a shot and let us know how that helped.

Hi Paul, thank you for getting back to us. We have restarted the xbox and also completely turned it off and on again. We cannot access any online activities parties, fortnite etc We have tried redeeming the code again twice but it just says we have used
the code already. It is disappointing, we were very excited about the online feature so it is a pain we had it for just 3 days. I am also concerned that we might experience similar issues when we buy the 3 month live gold package which we plan to get in the
new year. Do you have any other options for us to try? Kindest regards Heidi

Are you saying that you used the 14 day trial and then underneath the 14 days it stopped working? Its not 14 time you sign on it is 14 days from the day you first used the trial. If you liked what you saw and used when connected to live I suggest getting
a gold membership.

Don't enter the 1 month trial until after the 14 day trial. If you do you lose the 14 day trial. You should be able to activate the 1 month trial after the 14 day trial is over.
