14 day free trial game issue

Discus and support 14 day free trial game issue in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; hi, please forgive me if I have asked this in the wrong place but I've never used this service before and don't have a clue if I'm in the right place....     14 day free trial game issue


    hi, please forgive me if I have asked this in the wrong place but I've never used this service before and don't have a clue if I'm in the right place.

    I have got a 14 day free trial for a game pass and when trying to get a free game (Minecraft) to play, it's not downloading and states there's something wrong their end!

    The same thing happens when trying to get a free trial and applies to any game I've tried to access.

    Can anyone offer me advice or recommend a solution?

    That would indicate that your account has already taken the 14-day free trial offer. After taking a deeper look, we were able to determine that your account has already redeemed the 14 day free trial. Trials for Game Pass do not stack.

    Hope this helps clear up the issue!

    Game pass trial not working

    I signed up for 14 day free trial and it still wont let me download sea of thieves still says sign up for 14 day trial or buy the game. when i click on sign up for 14 day free trial it tells me to pay 10 dollars.

    That would indicate that your account has already taken the 14-day free trial offer. After taking a deeper look, we were able to determine that your account has already redeemed the 14 day free trial. Trials for Game Pass do not stack.

    You already have a free 14 day trial on game pass. Some games even have 14 day gold trials included.

    As for giving any other for free when signing up, it will be abused by the public.

    just purchased the tomb raider 1tb xbox one bundle, which comes with a 14 day xbox live gold trial. it actually says "activate your 14 day xbox live gold trial." i am having the same issues. cannot dl free games, yet able to chat. if i try to dl a free game,
    it wants me to upgrade to gold. WTF? it says live gold trial! explain that!

    Xbox live gold without without free games ?

    Was it a gold trial, or a full gold code?

    If it was only a 2 day or 14 day gold trial, you can not get the free games.
