    and they won’t review the case. I’ve read the guidelines and I don’t believe it broke any of them

    If you are not eligible for case review there is nothing further you can do about your suspension. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

    We do not see any Rewards Account for this gamertag. Since you do not have any Rewards Accounts, it is not possible for you to have any Rewards Credits.

    This forum is for the Xbox Live Rewards program. If you are asking about Microsoft Rewards, you would have to reach out to their support team.

    Hi there, here is where you can sign into your account and view more info about the status of any enforcement action on your account.

    If the enforcement action was set to end today but you still have not received all privileges restored on your account, we're afraid you'll need to wait a bit longer. For example, it can take up to 24 hours for communication privileges
    to be restored on your account if you received a communication suspension.

    Yep,thats correct.If the enforcement action was over 12 months ago you can't file for a case review.
