Hello, I contacted XBOX ONE support for invalid codes for Gears of War 2 & 4. I purchased the GOW Ultimate Edition bundle and received a working code for GOW 3 - but the codes for GOW 2 & 4 were invalid. Could I please request new codes for GOW 2 &4?

I got a gears of war ultimate edition console, and was able to get gears 1 2 3 and ultimate but my code for 4 is now missing in my messages? Help

We cannot provide new codes, only codes we originally sent. Which error are you running into when you try to redeem the codes? That will help us narrow down the issue. Thanks!

Hi. I remember getting three separate codes. I did not enter them before I got a message on the message board on Xbox One saying "the codes your received are invalid." I then received a new code via the message board. When I entered the new code, it only
downloaded GOW 3. So, are you able to send me the original codes for GOW 2 & 4 so that I can try to enter them? Thank you.

Just to clarify, did you not receive the code for the Gears of War 4 beta or for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition? If you did not receive a code for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition in the bundle box, you will need to reach out to the original purchase retailer
for further assistance. If you are referring to the Gears of War beta, those codes have not been sent out yet. Thanks in advance!
