I have 12k and dont get them .

Im waiting so long !

I was writing with xbox supp they say its okay now my account is updated!

I want my money for the Points !!!

XBOX REWARDS NOT WORKING

i have nearly 12k Reward Points that arent depositing into my account. Ive waiting almost 3 months, ive talked to service techs on the phone and they tell me to bring it to the forum. I WANT MY POINTS

Thinking possibly a new TV, I've been intending to get round to it for the 18 months or so since I got the X but have procrastinated so long that it might be better for me to hang off and buy a 12k tv xD

well it was $15 on all of them then was free to PSN+ for one month 6 months after it was released and didn't go free on Steam for another month after that when it was rereleased as free to play. So from the get go they sold copies for 6 months. I'm pointing
out that I thought some of the in game stuff for that was tolerable.

Usually (for me atleast) it takes about 1-2 months for the points to go through. I read somewhere that there only adding the points once they add up too 100+ so for the surveys you might not get them till a couple more months. As for the 100 point deal it
will take a month for them too be added. If you dont get anything by next month though I would call support and see if they can speed it up.
