12 Months Xbox Live Subscription refund after 2 weeks

A year ago I bought 12 months xbox live subscription for 40 euros with creditcard. Yesterday I saw that 60 euros has been transferred to a xbox live subscription what apparently happened 2 weeks after the 'renew' which we didn't know about.

I thought that I have turned automatic subscription off but I think Xbox/Microsoft has automatically turned it on.

I don't need xbox live at the moment. So is there any way to refund it and stop it?

cdkeyhouse.com sells xbox live codes. I bought a 12 plus 2 months subscription from there.

Good day. It's not allowing me to contact support. I believe my prepaid subscription expired 4 months prior to expired date because I activated the code in October 2020.its a 12 month subscription for Xbox live gold. And it expired on 03 05 2021.how in the hel is this possible. I need a refund or answer. If it is a 12 month subscription how can it expire after 7 months. This is not how I pictured Microsoft treating their clients. This is false advertising at its best. If this is not resolved I will be taking court actions against Microsoft. This is not my wrong doing.

It works out cheaper to buy a 12 month Xbox Live Gold subscription, than it does to buy 12 one month Xbox Live subscriptions.

Just something to keep in mind.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. The V-bucks come 2 weeks after the purchase of the 3 month subscription. Remember also this is for new customers only, ones that don't have Xbox live subscription.
