12 Months Xbox Live Gold Promotion Issues

Hello,

I received an offer for 33% off of a 1 year Xbox Live Gold Membership. When I click the renew button, offered in the promotion on my Xbox dashboard, I was taken to the store. I purchased the 1 year renewal and was charged $59.99 instead of the $39.99 deal
that was offered. I reached out to Customer Support chat, and after more than 2 hours has gone by (4:41pm to 6:56pm), the rep was only able to refund my $59.99. I still have the promotion offer showing up on my screen, but I can't purchase the deal at the
price offered. Attached are a couple of pictures from my phone.

To add to this, the rep could not see the promotion due to it being available only through the Xbox Dashboard. When I purchased the 12 months, naturally the offer disappeared. But, after the rep refunded my $59.99, the offer reappeared. At this point I went
through the steps of trying to purchase it again. However, when I clicked the gold renew now button seen in the picture, it took me to the Microsoft store where I no longer had the option of purchasing Gold for myself. I was only offered to purchase it as
a gift.

Did you purchase Xbox Live Gold through the Minecraft + Gold page through the Xbox One dashboard, or did you purchase a 3 Month Xbox Live Gold pre-paid code and redeem it? If you redeemed and Xbox Live Gold code, unfortunately you will not qualify for this
promotion. To qualify for this promotion, 3 Months or 12 Months of Xbox Live Gold must be purchased through the Minecraft + Gold promotion page directly through the Xbox One console with a credit card on file.

Did you use a credit card to purchase a year of Xbox Live Gold, or did you use a pre-paid 12 Month code? In order to receive these games, you would have needed to purchase Xbox Live Gold through the promotion screen you saw with a credit card. Entering a
12 Month Xbox Live Gold code does not qualify for this promotion.

Please let us know if you did purchase with a credit card so we can take a deeper look. Thanks!
