I can't buy this promo. After I select "unirse" automatically I get a message which reads "hubo un error por nuestra parte. esperar puede resultar útil".

The problem is... I tried to buy this membership from yesterday.

I talked with the Xbox Support Chat of my region like 3 hours and they told me that the problem is not on their part, that all the services are in good condition and there is nothing that should prevent me from making the purchase.

I tried the buy in different X1 and different connection but in the end the same thing happens

My payment method is okay in everything too

I just wanna buy my membership

If you read the address it's ms store there is no web based promotions for Xbox one directly on the Xbox website they are only available directly via your console or Ms store the ms store issue is probably because ms store isn't supported in your region

The second one since it is directly on your console your billing method must match your account region for it to work

If it does you are going to have to contact billing support
