    Hello my Xbox live runs out on the 24th of August 2018. I have a promotion on my home screen for 33% off of Xbox live for one year. When I click on this it goes to $59.99 a year. I’ve been with Xbox live for years. I called in and they say the promotion
    ended on the 31 of July but it did not appear on my home screen until the 20tg of August 2018. I would like to renew at the 39.99 price but your support center says that they can’t do it and I have to come here. Please get back to me. Thank you.

    BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Many customers have also come across this late promotion but they did not realise that and have renewed or subscribed for the original high price. I don't know if Microsoft or Xbox would take the responsibility of providing late promotion
    to lure customers, very unlikely indeed. Just be extremely careful.

    Sorry, I did get my refund but they said they cant let me have the 33% off because its something xbox live have to do on these forums. The guy at customer services was very confusing and would not give me a straight answer

    all im looking for is the deal that I was meant to have which was the 33% off xbox live for 12 month :D
