12 month subscription expiring in 10 months??

if you don't have Ultimate Gamepass and your subscriptions show that it expires too soon you should contact Support at https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us

click the Contact Us button then select Family and online safety as the category and I want to protect my account as the Topic.

click Next then skip the Covid notification, scroll to the bottom of the options and select Chat online or Request a call.

you should also check https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ so you have all the relevent information about your purchase when Support call you

This may have occurred when you redeemed the subscription, as it may have converted into Game Pass Ultimate. I recommend double checking the subscriptions tab in your Microsoft account here: https://account.microsoft.com/subscriptions

But it kept renewing and expired in February eventhough I bought it In July

That means you already have an active Ultimate subscription. You would either need to cancel that or wait for that subscription to fully expire before adding the 12 month Gold in order to get the full 12 months.
