12 month subscription code Already used!?

Exactly the same 8c150009 code error with a 12 month membership after 80182300 error code after entering the new subscription + code already used on the second time

I hope that the code has already been used. You scratched you the code or was already scratched? If in case there are any errors you should contact microsoft Center and see in your account's billing and subscriptions if 12 months have been unlocked

They removed the option to buy a 12 month subscription through Xbox over the summer. Anyone who had already purchased a 12 month and kept it going, would still get the yearly subscription. You can still buy yearly prepaid codes through retailers.

If you already had a Game Pass Ultimate subscription when you added the 12 months, it would convert the 12 month to Ultimate which gives you 4 months of Ultimate. The conversion is based on price. 12 months of Gold is equal in price to 4 months of Ultimate. In order to get the full 12 months, you would have needed to either cancel your subscription or wait for it to fully expire before adding the new code.

As already explained by XBF Brad, 36 months is the maximum time for any Xbox subscription on your Microsoft Account. You are getting the error because you state that you currently have 2 years and a few months remaining on your Xbox Live Gold subscription,
and entering another 12 month code would exceed the 3 year limit that was already stated. There is no way to reduce the 12 month code. You would need to wait until you have 24 months remaining to enter the 12 month code.

Or you could take advantage of the GPU discount and convert the 2 years and few months, plus the 1 month you are getting discounted to GPU. After converting to GPU, a 12 month Xbox Live Gold pre-paid code
will automatically convert to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate at a ratio based on the ERP (Estimated Retail Price) of those codes. Conversion rates are subject to change.

The pre-paid codes for Xbox Live don't expire, so you could redeem the code once your current subscription gets to 24 months, but the GPU discount will likely be over by then.
