    Hi, redeemed 2 prepaid £15 gift cards and 12 month gold live. at first wouldnt accept them because of incorrect currency. It turned out 1 of the 2 countries in my account details was showing USA instead of UK. I edited it and rebooted console. The gift
    cards are showing correct now but the gold although shows that it is redeemed and shows expiry of 2021 ,is showing $0.00. Is this a problem and can i rectify this. Thanks .TJ.

    I am having a similar problem. Purchased 12 Month Live Gold Subscription Prepaid Card, entered the code online, and both online and on the console our Live account shows us to be a 12 Month Gold Member, but it won't let my kids start or join a party. Says,
    "You must be an XBOX Live Gold Member to join a party." What????
