12 month live gems error

are you going to fix this before you change everything to Microsoft Rewards? If not am I going to lose out or will 2000 gems equate to £48?

I have 2018 gems and am trying to claim the 12 month live subscription. It just keeps saying Hmm something went wrong. It says. To claim and tried, just keep getting error message.

Error when trying to redeem gems

I'm trying to redeem my gems before the conversion but i keep getting an error message when i fill out the information about where the code will be sent. I would like to get 12 months of xbox live for 2000 gems. Any assistance would be most appreciated.

Hi VT3X PR0XY. This might be for Microsoft Rewards, since we don't have a 1-month game pass for 5,000 Credits. Also, you can't spend your Credits in the Xbox Live Rewards program as they are converted to your local currency. You can spend My VIP Gems though,
5,000 Gems for a 12-month game pass.

There are no offers to earn Credits for Gold renewals. However, with the recent launch of our Gems feature, there is a MyChallenge for continuous Xbox Live Gold subscriptions. From the FAQ:

I have enough gems for a 12 month subscription to Xbox live. But no matter how many times I try to purchase, it never works. It’s in stock but they don’t seem to want to give it to me.
