12 month Gold and Ultimate

Here is the breakdown of how conversion works. We will use 1 months ultimate as an example.

If you have ultimate active for 1 month for example:

If you add 12 months of gold while ultimate is active, the conversion is:

12 months gold = 4 months ultimate

so 4 months ultimate + 1 prior month ultimate = 5 months ultimate

If you have only 12 months gold active:

Then if you add 1 month ultimate, the conversion is:

12 months gold = 12 months ultimate

12 months ultimate + 1 month ultimate = 13 months ultimate.

Do you understand? If you want a better conversion rate, then you need gold first and then add 1 month ultimate to make everything else ultimate but if you add gold later, it gives you less months.

Since Ultimate includes Gold, when you add a Gold card to Ultimate, it converts the Gold to Ultimate. Since 12 months of Gold is equal in price to 4 months of Ultimate, you get 4 months of Ultimate when you add 12 months. In order to get the full 12 months, you would have to add Gold before purchasing Ultimate.

Are you sure it was a 12 month Ultimate and not 12 months of Gold? As I don't believe there are 12 month Ultimate cards. But if you had an active Ultimate subscription and bought a12 month Gold card, the Gold would have been converted to Ultimate an would have equaled 4 months of Ultimate.

There's not a 12 month subscription for Ultimate. You can buy a 12 month prepaid card for Gold and then purchase 1 month of Ultimate (after adding the Gold) to convert it to Ultimate.

If the Gold is already on his account and you purchase Ultimate, it will convert the Gold he has into Ultimate. So if you were to buy 12 months of Ultimate and you have 12 months of Gold, you would have 24 months of Ultimate.
