11 year old suspended for 3 days

My son was just suspended for 3 days. He was playing with a group of people (he only knew his brother) and had an emergency that he left for. When he returned 40 minutes later, there was a random comment that said 'you made us lose', and he had a suspended account.

My questions are for enforcement.xbox.com or anyone who can help me.

1. Why is a first 'offender' suspended for 3 days?

2. Why can I not actually reach someone within 'enforcement' for assistance on this?

3. Why is there no orange box with handshake icon to submit a review when the instructions clearly state to click a box that's not available?

4. Why are people suspended for more than 24 hours based on a random (possibly untruthful) report without actually knowing what happened?

5. Will we receive a refund for the suspension days when the product we've paid for isn't available, and no investigation was actually done?

In the real world, if someone is accused of something, there's usually an investigation prior to throwing them in the slammer.

I'm a confused mom who pays a lot of money for games on online features so her son can play with friends - especially during all these covid restrictions and gathering restrictions. He's devastated that he was playing, went to the can, came out and was banned.

I'm disappointed that there's absolutely no way to talk to someone about this! Even customer support wasn't able to make changes, or find a contact number for enforcement. For the cash dumped into all things xbox (services, tokens, games, live, etc.) one would think that's there's enough money to ensure live support when someone has questions/concerns about a suspension.

So do we just have to wait until Saturday at 8 pm for my sons account to have full service so he can talk to and play with his friends online? I'd like to submit a review request - please let me know how this can be achieved through a method that I actually have available to me.

1. Suspension length varies based on the severity of the situation and any past enforcement actions.

2/3. Submitting a case review through the enforcement site is the only way to contact the enforcement team. The site seems to be having issues today as nobody who has been suspended an see information about their suspension.

4. The enforcement team investigates every report they receive and do not issue suspensions based only off of a report.

5. No. Compensation is not given for suspensions.

Dad of 3 here, an 11 year old, an 8 year old, and a 2 year old. I'm on pretty much ever night after 10:00 MST.

1. My 8 year old plays maybe at the most 6 hours a week. That's if we are not playing something together like Kinect games. My 11 year old might play 5 hours a day it seems. He has a touch of of something and gaming keeps him calm. Now to tell the truth
he may play allot but there are times where he might go 3 or 4 days with gaming at all.

2. I do restrict the 8 year old more then the 11 year old.

3. 8 year old will play COD games. Not online in a open room. Even though he can't talk to anyone but people on his friends list I just don't feel he needs to see some of the junk in an open lobby. The 11 year old plays what he wants most of the time. I
do not allow any GTA type stuff or games like that where you can just kill for fun. For the most he is into Halo and Minecraft.

From there a case review can be submitted.
