11,847 xbox reward credits still not credited. some still pending from 2017

The 11,847 credits is your total amount of credits you've earned since you joined the program. It includes all credits that are pending as well as any credits that have already been deposited. If you view your statement, it'll show when any previous deposits
took place. If that list shows the only credits you currently have pending, they have been pending for so long because credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. Since you just got to 5,000 at the
end of last month, they would be scheduled to deposit around June 15.

Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the
Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month. Since you did not hit 5000 Credits until recently, you were not scheduled for any deposits before this
time. Lifetime Credits are the total Credits over your entire tenure. You had 6350 deposited in May 24 2017, as stated on your MyStatement. You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can
then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.

We see that you currently have only 18,000 Credits pending (waiting to be deposited). You only have 3,000 Credits from surveys from April 2017 on. Even if you had taken every survey since April 2017, since surveys are only 250 Credits each, that would still
only be around 3250 Credits. Regarding when you will get this deposit, from the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

The Rewards dashboard with an entirely different lifetime "Point" number is for Microsoft Rewards. That is a separate program from Xbox Live Rewards.

Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your US Rewards Account region and your Austrailian Microsoft Account region. When you register into the Rewards program, we create a Rewards account based on your Microsoft Account region at the
time of registration. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional
currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency. However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update
your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location.
