10th day since halo wars 2 ultimate buy and still no halo war 1 code

I bought the halo wars 2 ultimate edition game 10 days ago and still didnt recived my code for the halo wars 1 definite edition, so i would be glade if it is possible to get my key today, like your rules when you buy it say within 7-10 days. Hope for help.

I pre-ordered Halo Wars 2: Ultimate edition on December 10th and have still not received a code for Halo Wars Definitive Edition. Could someone help me out to fix this?

No Halo Wars: DE Code, on the 10th day?

I have not received my code for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition yet. It is the 10th day since my pre order of Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition and i am getting a tad concerned seeing all the negative feedback. A support agent told me to post about it here, so
here i am.

 

I have to say again it is a really frustrating thing with this game. Not only the fact that except with every other game in the history of games you get digital stuff instant and not "within 7-10 days" the fact that even after the 10 days you dont get what
you pay for is unbelivabel frustrating, hope you hurry up a bit with it

 

Completely agree with you mate. Ordered mine on the 30th of Dec and still no code. Apparently they don't count weekends/holidays in the 7-10 days which means I'm technically about 7 days in now. It's all complete bs and I keep thinking about how I get almost
every other code pretty much instantly. I mean I even got gears 1, 2, 3 and judgement straight away, what's with that? My advice is to wait until it's 10 business days first as I only just found this out myself. Completely ridiculous system, sort it out xbox.
