Day 7, issue persists. I get disconnected at varying times, recently I've been keeping track how long I'm able to stay connected then trying to reconnect later. I suppose I just have to drop the $$ for a new router because my internet connection is fine,
my xbox is fine, my laptop works with router... but xbox suddenly doesn't like router...ugggg

There is some reading fail in this thread.

I will try and make it clear.

- A 24 hour communication ban was applied to my account on 8/7/2016 9:50:11 AM (UTC).

- It is now around 5am UTC on 8/9/2016 - almost 2 days later.

- There is no option to contact enforcement as this was supposed to be a 24 hour ban.

- The enforcement forum has been shut down effective late 2015.

- I have contacted xbox live support twice who have confirmed on both occasions this ban has expired and to post on these forums.

- I would like a contact at enforcement so I can have this investigated.

- I would like a refund on the 12 months of xbox live I added earlier this week (exp 17 Oct 17).

So if anyone has any actual advice that would be great.
