I'm the complete opposite of you. My gamertag's tenure of 6 shows perfectly fine on Xbox 360 but on the Xbox One it does not show any tenure. I was told that it will fix itself but it hasnt yet and it's been about 2 weeks already.

Have you had the confirmation email actually come through and the order just hasnt arrived at your home yet? It can take time unfortunately but it is insured to arrive at your home in one peice. I bought a cyberpunk 2077 wireless controller last week from
the website, didn't pay extra for express delivery and was told it would arrive 6 days later, it actually arrived two days after I ordered it (and I ordered it late night), so it shouldn't take too much longer at this point.
