    May not be a bug, may be a limit. I believe there is a 1000 friend limit so there may be a 2000 follower limit.

    I have friends that have over 2000 followers so i dont think there is a limit.

    It is a rule of Microsoft itself, delimit the limit of friends in 1000.

    Let's hope it's not XBOX 360 support that's the limiter, or you can see what console will lose Live support a few years after the next console launches...

    As far as I know the friend limit has been increased, i think its at a 1000 now or something like that

    It sounds like perhaps you have purchased the game/content under the other profile, meaning that its available to that profile, but not the other.

    Maybe try having one profile signed in on one controller and the other on another controller, is just a guess but it may work
