100% Packet Loss, Nothing Fixes it.

Turned on my Xbox X today and I am now experiencing 100% packet loss. Even after all the diagnostics and fixes I've tried (listed below), the result for every time is: network speed & statistic test shows perfect upload, download, latency, wireless strength, MTU 1480, with 100% packet loss. Unfortunately, I do not have access to an ethernet connection.

Things I've already tried to fix this issue that have not worked:

- Hard restarts to Xbox X

- Power cycling network

- Forgetting Network

- Clearing Alternate MAC Address

- Setting Primary DNS to 8.8.8.8, secondary to 8.8.4.4 and then clearing Alternate MAC Address

- Forgetting the network before each previous fix attempt

- Every mix of these together

Connecting my Xbox X to different wifi networks and hotspots alike have the same results, everything is good except for the 100% packet loss for every network.

Running diagnostics from my wifi provider's side says that the Xbox's packet loss is 0% oddly enough. Running the Xbox tests and wifi tests at the same time still result in the Xbox saying 100% packet loss, and my provider saying 0%.

I can download internal game updates, (updates that do not require a position in the My Games and Apps Updates Queue, but within the game itself) however the download speed is roughly 1Mb per every 10 seconds, and then tends to fail after 20 minutes.

Is not only him I just started getting it today as well never had this issue before. Everything is fine but my packet loss is saying 100percent. Usually is always on 0

I did everything unplug, waited and plug back few times still the same thing

I am very sorry you are experiencing this issue with your network and console.

Can you please unplug your network router for 3 minutes, while that loads up after those 3 minutes, power cycle your console.

To do this on Xbox Series X|S:

- Open Settings on Xbox.

- Select the General tab.

- Click on Power Options.

- Under the “Options” section, click the “Shutdown now” option.

- Click the “Shut down” button.

To do this on Xbox One:

- Go to the Home screen.

- Press the Menu button on the controller.

- Select Settings.

- Go to Sleep Mode & Start-Up

- Select Shut Down.

Once done, power up the console and see if the issue continues.

I have 100% packet loss now wher the fix

the packet loss is new it started a while ago but according to xbox its on there part and it should be fixed once they sort the packet loss but the thing is i was playing with the 100% packet loss and no problems but then a lag spike happend and even when
fixed i can only party chat for about 10 seconds

Hi im kinda new to the hole internet fixing thing but my X1 has always had a packet loss of 100% but after reading a description of what packet loss is i am quite curious as to how my xbox and internet are still functioning normaly... Not only that but it
dosent show upload or download packet loss it just says packet loss 100%... All others are as follows download speed 20.74Mbps.... Upload speed 8.56mbps.... Packet loss is ofcorse 100%.... MTU 1480.... Latency 78 ms. If anybody has anyideas of wat could be
causing this i would be great to get others feedback
