    Modem brand & model number: Pace, 5168N-010

    Router brand & model number: Built-in, according to ISP

    How many Xbox 360 and Xbox One consoles are connected to this router?: 1

    Wired or Wireless (for each console): Wired

    Things you have tried: I enabled UPnP (still on), tried a hardware reset (both console and modem), adding specific ports or enabling DMZ for console (off now), disabling the firewall for the console and using different ethernet cables or a wireless connection.

    Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/No/Unknown: Yes

    Do you have a NAT error? No (after enabling UPnP)

    Any Error Codes you encounter: No

    Who is your ISP? (Internet Service Provider): MTS

    I have a 100% packet loss and no setting I changed as suggested on both xbox and 3rd party sites has fixed it.

    The NAT type was strict but I enabled UPnP which fixed that issue but nothing has fixed the packet loss. I am able to connect to party and on some games but usually encounter game error codes on most of the mainstream titles even after the attempted fixes.

    I have 100% packet loss not sure why or how, but Ive tried all the “solutions” to fix the 100% packet loss but nothing has worked. What should i do?

    Bought the system Saturday, finally hooked it up yesterday and it was working fantastic.. Connection was 45megs down and 6up... 0 packet loss..

    I try the test again multiple times this morning and I'm at 100% packet loss...

    the packet loss is new it started a while ago but according to xbox its on there part and it should be fixed once they sort the packet loss but the thing is i was playing with the 100% packet loss and no problems but then a lag spike happend and even when

    Hey there Zac.

    Normally it's not possible to have more than 100% packet loss, and if someone is experiencing that, they will have no connection to the game, or the server.

    If for some strange reason the packet loss does go over 100%, its most likely because the console is still attempting to send requests to the servers, and the packets are just failing on the way there. therefor being lost. But this is really an anomaly and
    doesnt normally happen.

    dosent show upload or download packet loss it just says packet loss 100%... All others are as follows download speed 20.74Mbps.... Upload speed 8.56mbps.... Packet loss is ofcorse 100%.... MTU 1480.... Latency 78 ms. If anybody has anyideas of wat could be
    causing this i would be great to get others feedback:)
