100+ day communication ban, with zero notice

so, first of this month I got a double ban. Received with 2 days of each other. It was a 2 week communication ban and a 2 week gameplay ban. The communication ban was SUPPOSED to end Sunday. The gameplay ban did end today. Today I get on thinking I can play
with my friends and chat... after several.hours... I call Xbox live and the guy tells me I have an account ban until January. I received zero notice and to this second the enforcement site says the bans are fulfilled....

Anyone wanna help a day 1 Xbox live member and maybe not lose my business

if this is about a 100 day communication ban. This follows with a 2 week console ban them an additional 46 day communication ban making a 60 day privilege suspension

another thing that you want to keep in mind is that the 100 day bans are not eligible for case reviews.

 

Looks like during the course of their investigation the enforcement team found other offences you had committed & extended your suspension to 100 days.

These do not show up on the enforcement site & can not be appealed.

Also be aware that using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is also against the code of conduct & will most likely end up in a console privilege suspension.

No one here can give you any more info than that as the enforcement team don't use the forums.
