100 day comm ban

I was given a two week ban which I already thought was unfair as I never started the argument and didnt "harass" the play in any way at all so I appealed the ban and when I received a reply I was told I would have a 100 day communication ban and was given
no way to appeal it and Im furious that I didnt feel like I deserved the ban in the first place, any help or even having the ban lifted would be great,thanks

Xbox Pne suspensions

Ive just received an 100 day communication ban, 30 day multiplayer ban, 30 day console comms ban and 7 day console multiplayer ban for what I can see very little reason at all. The enforcement team at xbox need taking to court and have a lawsuit filed against
them as long as the list of people theyve unjustifiably banned to be honest. Good luck though, think we all need it

 

Console/Account ban

I received my first enforcement message on 9/18/17 which was a 2 week comm ban. I received my second enforcement message on 9/20/17 a 2 week account suspension which was related to past offenses. I appealed to both bans on 9/21/17 It turned out my bans
were extended to a 100 day primary account comm ban the 2 week account(multiplayer) suspension stayed the same. They also added a 7 day primary console(multiplayer) suspension (9/20/17) and a 30 day communication primary console suspension. I was fine with
all of my bans. Today 9/28/17 my primay console(multiplayer) suspension should be lifted but it wouldn't let me play multiplayer still so I contacted support just to find out that they extended all of my already extended bans. My (primary account) 100 day
communications only ban turned into a 100 day communication and multiplayer suspension. My primary console (7 day multiplayer) ban turned into a 2 week multiplayer ban. I wanna know why did I get these extensions after they already decided on my appeal???

Sorry to hear it. The PET are in sole charge of the enforcement program. If they reviewed your case and it was upheld then I'm afraid that nothing can be done. You'll need to wait out the enforcement on your account.

 

thats the problem! at first I was only given a two week ban with no addition of a 100 day no comm period and in the case review reply I was told I would undergo a 100 day ban and was given no way of appealing it.

 

You can only file a case review once per year. The enforcement team are the only people who could possible help you with this. And the only way to contact them is by filing a case review. Unfortunately, I dont know of anything you could do.
