    so im a long time member of xbox live so i understand the code of conduct. Recently i was banned for issues that are beyond my control so i took screenshots of images in mafia 3 images that were allowed in the game in the first place. There are systems in
    place so that programers can block you from preforming screen shots so if all that was possible how do i who have never been banned or in trouble at all on xbox live be banned for that.

    did not help and have have put a new post up to get answered since i was perma-banned for just having a 10 year xbl member helmet that i got in a message online when i did have it active and not banned .... so i hope things can get straightened out so i

    Ya but leaving out loyal members is wrong when the promotion was for 10 years of Xbox Live, therefore all 10 year members should have gotten something.
