    Hello,

    I have had my xbox account since 2008, I was supposed to receive a avatar hat called 10 year anniversary hat or close to that. I did not receive it. My friends have it and they have had there account for way less than me.

    Those were sent for the 10th anniversary of the Live service, not for individual account's 10 year anniversaries.
