    해당 문 는 윈도우 업데이트를 최 화 시키면 해결되는것이였습니다.

    한국에서는 초창기 윈도우10 업데이트가 오류가 많은것으로 알 있어서 업데이트를 꺼리는경향이 많아

    또한 업데이트를 미루 있었는데, 최 버 으로 업데이트 하였더니 상작동 되었습니다.
