$10 Preorder gift code bonus.

I didn't get one! This wasn't the first time either. I bought halo and battlefront. both times no gift codes. all i got was a 2 week xbox live trial which is not a $10 gift code by any means. If they've been emailed to me without me finding them I will die
of shock. I've been waiting months now combing through emails.

Missing $10 xbox gift card from preorder bonus

Hi,

I never received my $10 gift card from my Quantum Break preorder bonus. It said it would take up to 10 days but it's been over a month now. I did receive the Alan Wake and PC Quantum Break bonuses, just not the $10 gift card bonus. I have an order number
if need be.

Specifically my purchase/receipt states: $10 Microsoft Store gift code - Additional Product Information:

Your $10 Microsoft Store gift code will be delivered to your email address within 10 business days of game release.

It has been over two weeks now and no email related to the $10 MS Gift Card.

 

Since the $10 preorder gift code is a promotion through microsoftstore.com, you would need to contact their customer support for assistance. Keep in mind that if you are a member of the rewards program, you would have received 15,000 rewards credits instead
of the $10.
